Release of Property
If your property is being held as Evidence you must contact the Court who holds jurisdiction in your case. Portions of the City of Sapulpa are in both Creek County and Tulsa County. Also, dependent upon Tribal membership of persons involved your case may fall under the jurisdiction of a Tribal court.
NOTE: It is the District Attorney’s discretion as to whether evidence is still needed in a case. In most circumstances, the case must be closed for evidence to be released. Check www.oscn.net or www.odcr.com to check for case dispositions.
NOTE: It is difficult, if not impossible, to return stolen property to the rightful owner without a serial number or unique identifying number. Use the link to access a form, Personal Property Record, to record your valuable possessions, print the form and store it somewhere safe. Do not send the form to the Sapulpa Police Department.
